Our Founder
Scott is a nationally recognized leader in Safety, Compliance, and Operational Excellence. He led large-scale organizations at both Amazon Logistics and Walmart Inc., where he was responsible for building safety infrastructure, driving down incident rates, reducing risk exposure, and improving operational performance across thousands of facilities and millions of annual customer interactions.

At Amazon, Scott served as one of the foundational leaders of the Delivery business (AMZL), scaling safety and regulatory programs from a handful of stations to more than 400+ facilities nationwide. Under his leadership, incident rates were reduced by more than 50%, while operational throughput and cost performance dramatically improved.

At Walmart, he served as Senior Director of Enterprise Safety, overseeing safety strategy, automation and robotics safety, construction compliance, real estate safety, and process improvement initiatives across 77 countries of operation. He partnered directly with executive leadership to shape Walmart’s approach to proactive risk management and operational resilience.
This unique combination of safety expertise, regulatory insight, and business performance leadership is what built the foundation of Guardia Consulting.
